Here are some rules
* All channels are strictly SFW
-images of NSFW keycaps (such ahegao or body part artisans) must be uploaded as a spoiler
* Be polite and do not flame anyone. This extends to company representatives.
* Bigotry, including but not limited to racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, is strictly not tolerated and can result in immediate ban.
* Racist (slurs or otherwise) names,profile pictures, status messages are not tolerated and will result in an immediate ban.
* Nicknames must be easily taggable in English without special characters.
* Do not provoke other users / stir shit. This can include posting screenshots of blocked messages, excessive tagging, ghost tagging.
* Do not post anyone’s personal information (doxing). Do not witch hunt anyone.
* Do not impersonate anyone else.
* Do not spam.
* Avoid political discussion. (no /pol/)
* Referral links are not allowed.
* Do not “minimod”. You can ask politely ask someone to stop but if they refuse, summon a moderator instead.
* Respect moderator decisions. If you have a complaint, bring it up in #server-requests and it will be handled internally. Also be sure to bring evidence should it be needed.
* BE POLITE

Channels Rules
* Check Channel Topic and pins for information and rules.
* Shitposting, reaction images, etc. are not allowed
* Keyboard channels (channels prefaced by kb-) are to be kept on topic. Other channels are less strict but please move if your conversation changes subject.
* If there exist a channel that is more topical, please consider moving your conversation there.
Punishment
* First/minor infractions will result in a warning or short mute with the issue being resolved in #scif.
* Further/major first infractions will result in a timed mute or ban at the mod team’s discretion.
* Ban or mute evasion will result in a ban.
Any infractions may result in immediate ban.
